Problem :

Arcflow was born out of a clear and recurring problem in operational environments: businesses were struggling with fragmented systems, unclear workflows, and limited real-time visibility across their operations.

My focus on this project was to help translate highly complex ERP functionality into something users could actually understand, trust, and adopt. The challenge wasn’t just solving operational inefficiencies, but addressing the cognitive overload users experienced when working with deeply intertwined systems.

Solution :

Our solution was to design Arcflow as an end-to-end operational platform that aligned workflows, data, and accountability across the business.

From a design and product perspective, this meant creating clean, intuitive interfaces that surfaced the right information at the right time, without exposing unnecessary complexity. Rather than exposing the full complexity of an ERP system, we focused on creating experiences that felt approachable and intuitive, enabling users to work confidently and efficiently within a highly sophisticated platform.

Challenge :

One of the biggest challenges I faced was fully understanding the breadth and interdependencies of each ERP module within Arcflow. ERP systems are inherently complex, and designing meaningful solutions required deep immersion into how each module functioned individually and how they connected across the broader system. Balancing technical constraints, business logic, and user experience was demanding, but essential to ensuring the final product was both powerful and usable.

Summary :

This has been the most challenging and rewarding project I’ve worked on to date. From building the brand and defining the product narrative, to designing interfaces, refining user journeys, collaborating with engineers, and contributing to product strategy, I was able to grow across multiple disciplines.

Arcflow pushed me to think systemically, design responsibly, and operate at scale, making it a defining project in my professional development.
